In Bolero Lisi Estaras translates the feeling of obsession given by the music, into expressive and chaotic movements. The power of Ravel’s masterpiece emphasizes the power of the individual within a group. The encounters between the dancers remind us of situations of every day life in the city and how individuals interact, behave and change according to circumstances.
This piece was chosen as one of the 10 best shows in Belgium 2009.
